Inform your Doctor immediately if you have a glycolic acid allergy.
Avoid waxing and bleaching before the procedure.
Refrain from using exfoliating scrubs or products with benzoyl peroxide at least 48 hours before treatment.
The doctor will assess your skin type, tone, and texture to recommend the best treatment plan.
A patch test will be conducted to check your reaction to the chemical agent.

The doctor will cleanse the treatment area before your chemical peel session.
A brush is used to apply the chemical solution.
The peel remains on your skin for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the solution used.
You may experience mild discomfort during the application.
A neutralizing solution is then used to remove the peel.
Cool compresses are applied to soothe your skin, followed by hydrating cream and sunscreen.

Avoid sun exposure and heat during the healing process.
Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen throughout the day.
Refrain from waxing, threading, or bleaching the treated area for a week.
Avoid using Retin-A or other sensitive products on the treated area for 72 hours post-treatment.
Do not pick, peel, or scratch the treated skin.
